Can you bake playdough?
To preserve it, can you bake play-doh? Yes, you can bake play-doh, but there is a risk it will crack. Be sure to bake it on low heat (about 200 Fahrenheit) and check it every 5 to 10 minutes to help prevent risk of cracking. Flatter pieces tend to bake better.

Can playdough kill you?
Play-Doh contains a lot of chemicals, but it’s still supposedly non-toxic. That said, however, producer Hasbro maintains that the product is non-toxic, and that the only real danger in Play-Doh is to pets or those especially sensitive to sodium, from the high salt content.
